Great people. Nice place and you can get a car there too. lol. Seeing how there's a car lot next door.
I've been there twice (only because it is close) but I'll drive further next time. Quite a few washers don't work, the carts are falling apart and to get to the washers or dryers you have to bob and weave around the tables, video games, etc. The place was crowded both times I went (first time was a Sunday morning and then today, Monday morning). And, one of the dryers stole my money so I left with damp clothes.
I've frequented this establishment for a little over a year now, and over this time period things have gone down hill. There are cleanliness issues, I've seen roaches, and the bathroom definitely isn't something that you want to use unless you absolutely have to. The machines seem to be down more than up. There are safety concerns, I've had a strange man walk up on me asking me for money mind you while we're supposed to be socially distancing. The attitude of some of the staff (the youngest employee in particular) is very smug and not customer friendly at all. You will be harrassed for starting a load of clothes an hour before closing. I might add that this employee shouldn't talk to customers being in close proximity to them with no mask on. Tonight was my last time giving them any of my business.
Had some problems but it's good but a little to crowded tho
