I called solstice for a routine service as my pellet stove was working great last year. Steve did a poor job and left my stove unfinished and not working. I had a second opinion done to find out he in fact done a terrible job New company had my stove working perfectly in about 30 mins I would be very cautious working with solstice!!!

My new house in New Hampshire came with a pellet stove, having no experience with one, I called Steve for an initial service visit. He promptly inspected and cleaned the stove and showed me how to operate it. He was very professional and thorough with his cleaning. Once when I was having some difficulty with the stove, he made a special trip and helped me get it back to function. Thank you Steve!

Steve had been out to the house a few times and does an amazing job with his clean out service for my stove. He even gave it a little touch up paint to make it look brand new. Came out quickly to the house and even gave me some great free advice over the phone.

Steve of Solstice has been servicing our Harman pellet stove for eight years. He cleans it every spring, and whenever we have had a problem over the years in winter (won't light, needs new igniter, etc.), he comes right out and fixes it. This man knows what he is doing and does a great job. Solstice prices are reasonable, and he has never been anything but polite with us. The best thing - he knows pellet stoves inside and out. Highly recommend.
