Great selection of Products and they show that they care unlike the local big box stores. Product is shipped when purchased and not just sitting in a warehouse getting beat up. The owner, Ted, is very forward and honest about all of his products, no bs involved. BUUUUT, Kimberly, the saleswoman, is probably the best in the world at her job. Very knowledgeable and great attitude towards life. I felt like I was actually being taken care of. The installers were very courteous and polite and The young man installing my lvp, couldn’t have been more professional or polite. He called about a week after they finished just to make sure everything was ok and that I was happy with my final product. Best experience I’ve ever had with any major home renovation project. 10 out of 10 all the way around.
