I purchased a small package of toothpicks for the Victorinox brand of Swiss Army knives. They arrived in less time than I expected, which was very good. On examination, they were all the right length, but did not precisely match the original (different manufacturer, obviously) lumps and bumps, with the most notable difference being the little quarter-round nib at the top of the toothpicks. They are a hair smaller than the original, which puts them just lower than the body of the knife and that requires another tool to pull them out of the knife rather than simply a fingernail. Other than that, the quality appears the same and I expect them to last as long as originals if I can keep from losing them.

Issues with ordering at no fault of KCUSA. Dude got back to me in less than an hour and before business hours. I don't know too many places that would do that especially as salty as I probably came off in the email. If I wasn't concerned about my bank doing dumb things again, I'd probably try to order again. Thanks again dude. Big props for the quick explanatory and early response.
The product I was looking for (Sword display stand) was presented clearly on the website and at a competitive price. Placing an order was straightforward and a confirmation e-mail was sent the same day. A little over a week after receiving shipping notification/tracking via email, I was concerned because the package appeared to be stuck in transit. I reached out to the the company and Josh, the owner responded promptly letting me know that everything looked good and the package should arrive shortly. The USPS delay was due to challenges with COVID-19. Today the stand arrived and I am very pleased with the care of the packaging and the quality of the product.
Lately I've been trying to buy Made in USA when I can and use small biz when I can (break Amazon addiction) to support USA better. Found KnifeUSA, offers great variety of knives at fair prices. Did hit snag with order, but Josh was fast to resolve it.
Knife Country USA is one of the oldest and best knife websites. It has an amazing selection of inventory and hard to find blades. I almost always find the blade I am looking for cheaper on Knife Country USA and it arrives in about a week. They have excellent service and listen to their customers. I am a serious collector and get about 90% of my knives from Knife Country USA. It's a family-owned and operated business, which I also like. It shows in how they care about customers!

I won't go anywhere else ,if they have it then I'm buying it from them and I truthfully don't know any other websites with a bigger in stock selection of knives and blades.
