Arrived at 10 minutes to 9 and we signed in on a list that was 1.5 pages long with 3 names crossed off at the top of the first page. As of 1230 there were still 3 names left to get through from the first page and the old guy working here is leaving for his lunch. Don't waste your time here and just make an appointment elsewhere. The old guy working here sure does love to chit chat and take his time getting to know everyone personally.

What a disaster. I come at 1400 and there is a sign in that they will be back at 1415. Totally outside of the posted hours. They don't show back up until 1425 and then they start taking people, but don't have any sign in sheet or anything and it's a huge mess trying to figure out the waiting area. After spending 20 more minutes waiting for the one person to get computer access I left and went to mainside. Was worth getting in and out. Don't waste your time here. So worthless.

Walked in on a Friday afternoon at around 14:30 and left at 14:45. This place had amazing service although they said that they're usually packed on Fridays! Mike and Rick are two amazing gentlemen and did the best they could to help me out!

The guy who works here needs to spend more time doing his job, and less time talking to people. I've been here since 0740 and it's now 1545...

This place is absolute garbage. All the ID centers I have been at during my time in this takes the cake as the WORST. Your wait time at a DMV will be better than here.

It is slow. However, it's because the two guys working have to manage the flow of people, answer the phones, while trying to do their real job. Friendly and efficient as they can be when they have to stop what they are doing every two minutes to answer the phone and spend five minutes trying to help people over the phone. Slows everything way down. Need a centralized number with some ones whose only job is to answer the phone and answer questions.

Retired....was hired on base and told to get a CAC for my new job. First available appointment was a month away. Walked in on my first day at work and the staff in the ID card center told me they only do appointments Monday thru Thursday.....walk ins only on Friday. Refused to answer any of my other questions even though I have a retired military ID in hand. Their only response was make an appointment or I could try a walk in and they could see if they could fit me in. Should be noted they while standing there talking to the man behind the desk there wasn't a soul in the waiting room. Complete waste of time from lazy people. No wonder the ID card center has such a bad reputation, appears to be justified.

Govt. leeches/parasites at their worst. Absolutely worthless. Liars, lazy, and useless. Let a family of 4 including a 4 week old newborn sit and wait for 45 minutes, arrived at 1515, and delayed until 1602 and then closed their doors and tried to sneak out without saying a word. When confronted, lied about their hours, lied about what they said, laughed, shrugged shoulders, and cowered behind closed door, as the other waddled off to the parking lot. Deserve to be fired for blatant disregard of their jobs, rudeness and inconsiderate treatment of Marines and their families.
