Just signed up. I’ve toured this location twice previously but was unsure about canceling my national membership elsewhere for a local/regional membership due to my work travel schedule. This location has always been well presented and my friends locally who are members have had nothing but great things to say about it. I’m excited to begin workouts here and see what it’s all about.

What a phenomenal gym! They have equipment I haven't used in years, much less seen under one roof. Everything from hammer strength, to hoist, to deadlift platforms, to functional training turf areas. The cardio theater is wonderful, and the expansive cardio equipment up on the upper level covers every facet of cardio training. The upper, outdoor deck, really makes One Life stand out and is a cool addition for anyone interested in open air training/stretching. We joined about 10 months before they opened, so we have been in the gym almost every day since it opened... my only complaint would be that there is a literal SEA of people in the evening... and waiting on machines and free weights can really put a crimp in your routine when you are trying to keep muscles warm between sets. That being said, I'm sure the crowd will thin out after the initial opening excitement wears off in a few months. DEFINITELY recommend!

Since COVID-19 I have not gone to the OneLife Fitness in Holly Springs. Their customer service told me I could freeze my membership. Now their corporate offices are coming after me for two months of payments since notifying me that the freeze had ended two months ago. I do not feel that Onelife is safe. I don’t feel like they are following CDC guidelines pertaining to social distancing and wearing a mask. I don’t feel that they care. It’s just all about profit. This from a so called “ health “ club. I will post more as my conversations with them continue, especially the results, whatever they may be. But be forewarned. I’m sure that many members that froze their accounts will soon be in the same predicament I’m in now.

It’s a nice facility, it’s always clean, it can be a bit crowded at peak times so keep that in mind. But all in all it’s a nice gym at a fair price.
