I used Patsy Clark to buy my house at 402 Bailey Kenly NC 27542. I made an offer on the property and was ready to up the offer by 2000.00 but Patsy told me to wait. Within a half an hour the seller's agent called and accepted the offer. She also saw that the settlement attorney was overcharging and got his fee reduced by 300.00. So Patsy saved me 2300.00 by being an experienced negotiator and having great attention to detail. Prior to buying in Kenly, Patsy also showed me homes in Raleigh, Knightdale, and Clayton. She also provided listing in Benson and Sims. Although I was not buying an expensive house Patsy Clark treated me as if I was buying a million dollar home. She did not try to push me into buying just any home. I would highly recommend using Patsy Clark whether you are buying or selling a home. From a buyers perspective she goes far beyond what other agents have done for me in the past. She visited several of my perspective neighbors on the block. She found out it was one of the most desirable streets in the town. Also many of the neighbors are professionals. This was very useful information to have before buying the house. If you are selling you home, from my conversations with Patsy Clark from her years of experience, she knows what needs to be done before selling a home to maximize the selling price.
