Made an appointment for a covid test easily online for 5:45 pm, it’s 6pm and I’m writing this review. Was in and out within 15 minutes and was attended by Cristina. She had the best energy, super gentle with my test, and all around made me feel comfortable and calm. Made this process painless and easy and she was the sweetest. Thank you AFC for having such wonderful people in your office !

Took a covid test, staff was very nice but there was an issue with the delivery and instead of 24 hour results, I am waiting 72 hours for a rapid test. They didn’t even email me to let me know of the mistake, I had to call them to find out my situation. I understand that mistakes happen, but they didn’t even bother to update me on the status of my test so I could get tested at another site in time. That wasn’t even the worst part, as they couldn’t even offer me a free rapid test after their lab’s mistake and It ruined my plans for the upcoming days.
