PHENOMENAL SERVICE. In all my life, I've never been more thrilled with every aspect of a service than I am with this one, from starting communication to finished product. Marisela is OUTSTANDING at her craft, and has the BEST, most PERSONABLE customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. I've never been more delighted and downright eager to give 5 stars, and they're honestly worth more than that. You can definitely trust them with any fabric-dyeing services you need. Full story: I wanted to buy a light dress and have it dyed fiery for a music video, I stumbled across Alteria online and gave them a call, totally unsure of what kind of people I'd be dealing with. Marisela put my concerns at ease immediately with the way she talked about fabrics that dye well and such; her expertise was evident and then she remained very communicative with me all the way through the process. She provided helpful insight and links while I was searching for the right dress online, I had it sent it to her, and she was always quick in her responses and then in keeping me updated with photos and delightful descriptions of how the fabric was taking the dye. She was always on top of it and kept me informed and content that my dress was in the hands of a professional. I couldn't be more ecstatic about how gorgeous the dress turned out. The gradient colors blend together SO smoothly, it's vibrant, it has personality, it's so perfect. She and her husband are TRUE MASTERS of their craft. The only reason I can imagine someone giving fewer than five stars is if they send in fabric that doesn't take dye well, which is no fault of the dyer...these people are the absolute best there is on every front, I'm convinced. I'm beyond thrilled.

I found Marisela with Alteria on Google and soooo glad that I did. I wanted to change the color of my Jacket to a different color. Marisela informed me that it can definitely be done and kept me informed throughout the whole process!!! When I received the jacket, I was so happy, it looks even better than I imagined!!!! Marisela did a fantastic job fixing a bleach-stained vintage jacket that I was worried couldn't be recovered. She completely covered the stain and re-colored the jacket, making it look brand new. She was professional, efficient and kind the whole time as well. She answered all of my questions quickly and was so informed about everything. I definitely recommend her services!
