Worst place ever!!! DO NOT go there unless you would like to give your money for nothing. Months later, no transfer of title, no tag, no communication.

This lady Cindy told me it was 380 to switch over my tag and my title we went there in February towards the end of May still nothing has been done she said she needed a bill of sale I went down there with another bill of sale which I know we originally did when I got down there she tried to tell me she needed more paperwork from my mother who is gifting me the car which she knew everything in the first place and should’ve had us down when we were there originally if that was the case we had to call her no call was ever received about anything else needing to be done when I told her I wanted to cancel she gave me a blank piece of paper To sign a cancellation on and told me 30 days to get my money back my 30th day is June 20 if I do not receive my money I will be going to take legal action because I do have video footage of everything.

Won’t ever go back again. I should’ve known it was a bad company by how they keep the building. They overcharged me big time but it’s ok I am a child of God, I don’t wrong anyone or steal from them, God protects me and fights my battles for me. Mark my words they won’t be In business much longer.

This business had to order the tag meaning I had to go to the location a second time. This was not revealed to me till after I had paid and they only accept cash, fortunate for them otherwise I would have called my credit card company to reverse the transaction because of the poor service. I called the morning after to inquire about my tag (I was told it would be ready the day of my original visit), \We'll let you know when it's ready\ is the response I was given. I have thick skin but I don't accept unprofessional behavior. While I wait for them to provide poor service, I'll be leaving 1 star reviews on the internet. I would not renew my tags at this location even if it were free.
