Received a nasty attitude from Marie today after doing a simple follow up. When I asked to speak to office manager Letty, it was obvious Marie had fed her false information to cover herself. I submitted a resume for a position I was more than qualified for in a field I've been working in for 15 years. Marie said she never received my resume, how that is possible I don't know. When I asked why, she said she wasn't comfortable with having me speak to the client because I asked. Shame this company discredits qualified workers and stereotypes them instead of taking responsibility for their faults. Terrible experience. As you can see from other reviews, this isn't the first issue people have had with her, and the fact her manager covers for her without question is more disappointing. Since then, I've asked to speak to the director for a complaint as it clearly states on Google regarding a complaint. Jessie from the Miami location informed me twice that the director comes in whenever he wants and doesn't follow up on these matters.
