Bad experience. I was on vaca to LA and I booked a 7 hours tour with this business. Caught an uber to get there to hear them tell me that the 7 hours tour was not available anymore because they had just learnt that some places were closed due to covid. Those places had been closed and I knew of it before going to LA. They offered to do to 2 hours or give me a full refund of my money. I took the full refund but I feel like they could have told me before I wasted time and money to get there. It’s sad to see people blame COVID for their lack of business professionalism.
It was a great tour and I learned a lot about LA.
The tour and tour guide was great! Lots of homes and landmarks to see!!!!
Very fun my daughter is Disabled and they made sure to accommodate her in every way with a wheel chair accessible vehicle. Other tours didn’t have that option. We really enjoyed the Hollywood tours!
