I reached out to this company since I was looking for a space to rent. I was dealing with Alvaro who is such an amazing property manager! One of the things that I admire is his passion for his job. You can tell that he loves what does. Everything that I asked for, he exceeded my expectations. Management company with people who listen. Worked with a gentleman named Alvaro who does a great job of taking care of every detail to the point I don't even think about it. In fact there are times I forget I have a property rental. I am realy impressed with the move out report with pictures and details. The portal for reports is easy to access. I only wish I found Alvaro and them sooner.
