Recently had to help a friend find a senior living community and we chose Eastside. The food is amazing with a chef who cooks mostly from scratch. The personnel are caring. It is clean and has lots of activities available.

I have recently enrolled my mother to the facilty..The management were great,the nurses were atentative to us the family...My mother was received with great respect..Her room was clean and ready when she arrived.All my concern about her physical therapy and her medications were been addressed and clarified. She will continue to have her primary provider from her outside visit in the facility.The patient areas is clean and presentable. More staff are needed on the weekends for residence assistance with feeding and hygiene otherwise,I feel more at ease....Thank You

I WAS A FORMER EMPLOYEE AT EASTSIDE. I WORKED WITH THE COMPANY FOR 3 months. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER WORKED. THE ONLY REASON WHY I SETTLE FOR THIS JOB WAS BECAUSE I LIKE TAKING CARE OF ELDERS. THE REASON WHY I HAD TO LEAVE WAS THE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT CARE FOR THE PATIENTS. MOST OF THE PATIENTS THAT I HAD WAS ASSISTANT LIVING AND THEY DID NOT BELONG THERE. They needed wayyy more assistant. They belong in Nursing homes. THIS IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WE HAVE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. PATIENTS ARE NOT BEEN HONESTLY EVALUATED SO THAT THEY CAN BE PLACED IN THE RIGHT PLACE TO LIVE. Most of these places like EASTSIDE ONLY CARE ABOUT THE . Money first patient last. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON SENDING YOUR LOVE ONE’S HERE RE-THINK YOUR OPINIONS UNLESS YOU JUST DONT CARE & WILL NEVER VISIT THEM. I CARED ENOUGH TO MAKE SEVERAL REPORTS AND GOT SOME OF THE PATIENTS FAMILY TO SWITCH THEM to a BETTER Facility. If this gets removed by the owner it will be on facebook, instagram, and all social media platform. PS 1.They also have a very serious termite issue 2. NOT SAFE BY THE ROAD for a Alzheimer’s unit, I would find someone walking off as a arrive to work. 3. If patients don’t come out of room they don’t eat. 4 IF YOU COMPLAIN AND YOUR A THIRD PARTY COMPANY THEY WILL DISCONTINUE YOUR SERVICE. sooo many things to address not enough time, i am not a person to bring down a organization I like to up lift people and push them into the right POSITIVE direction. I’ve talk to several people at EASTSIDE INCLUDING THE OWNER ABOUT THESE ISSUES AND NOTHING GETS DONE. When you speak up at EASTSIDE you get thrown out of the organization because all they care about is when they get paid. Please take my advice and PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH. NOT EVERYTHING THAT GLITTER IS GOLD. If I could give 0 Star I would.
