I began using Global for elevator maintenance in my Hollywood Florida condo. building. They were timely and worked hard at keeping the 30 year old elevator running. We eventually needed an elevator modernization. I was the project manager. Working with Jorge and his team at Global was a positive experience. I would highly recommend Global. Jorge was true to his word and did not nickel and dime us with extras. Not only do we have a great working elevator but I chose a very specific design and Jorge did an excellent job working out the layout and design details. My neighbors and I couldn't be more pleased with the elevator!

Global Concept Elevators have been servicing my elevators for 6 years and I’m very pleased with their professionalism and decorum. Mr. Jorge Chacon,( owner), is very knowledgeable and always answers the phone , whenever I can . Sometimes on the weekends or late at night. He personally came over to fix our broken elevator at 1 am . That’s commitment and dedication. I highly recommend this company. One Harbour Way Inc.

I work for a healthcare facility (Floridean ) for the past 13 years as a maintenance director , and Global Concept Elevator has been giving us their services for the past 9 years ,and honestly I highly recommend them . Global Elevator are a very responsible and very good customer service company , always puntual and good mechanical staff .....No complain at all .

These guys have been repairing an elevator in my building for a week now. They have spread grease all over every door and even the stairwell. And left it that way. Extremely dirty. It makes me question the quality of their work. If you hire them, also hire a cleaning crew!
