These reviews are clearly from people with refined palates. His Hollywood Hot Sauce is extremely good. Depth of flavor, balanced, quality ingredients. Wish this was more easily available. Seriously, all hot sauces now pale since I’ve had this one. And his smoked fish salad is the bomb too.

This is the best hot sauce that I have ever tasted. The owner is very passionate and makes his sauce himself. He hand picks the peppers and allows the recipe to age unlike the mass produced junk that we have grown so accustomed to. His blends are so tasty!
Best habanero sauce I have ever tried. Taste really good on everything. The best part about it is that it's all natural, no artificial colors or flavors.
