I've been on this waiting list for 6 years smh. Only bright side to this place is the office manager Tony Gutierrez..he's very professional and sincere and empathetic. For the last 6 years I've been calling into the office to follow up. Tony calls back promptly like within a couple hours. He emails you back immediately and is fair when it comes to resolving issues. The receptionist however gives contradicting information. Not Lydia's fault though. How is she suppose to remember what she said several times about several years ago. But I remember because this is not a game for me it's my real life. So I've kept track of every conversation and lydia has been inconsistent, indifferent but also nice at times. When it comes to HHA dont hold your breath,..you'd go homeless waiting on them. Securing a voucher from them is like a fairytale. Hopefully that dream comes true for me some day soon.

I give 5 stars because the inspector is excellent, very professional and good at what she does. There is a case worker that never answers the phone and leave messages and never returns the calls, but other than that everything else is good.

it is a very good Housing Authority and my paper work was done quick and ease, i tried calling my case worker but it was hard to get in contact with then i was transferred to Ms Annie and she helped me right away, i am very pleased with them, and Lidia is very nice and excellent customer service.

At Hollywood housing we try to do the best that we can for those people that think that i prevent the tenant from landlords or any case worker or their paper work not being in time sorry you dont know what you are talking about but please call me if you have any questions
