Great place!!! Highly recommended!!! I walked in needing a new bath faucet for my bathroom and the lady at the counter was very helpful and very polite. I will most definitely be coming back here if I need anything else from my home!!!

Tried to return a power cord, apparently no return on electrical items which my receipt didn't say, but i was accused of ripping that portion of the receipt although that's how it was given to me. Trust me just go to amazon or walmart. Poor quality item and customer service from the older lady, probably the owner. Some of the staff is very nice and helpful, I just feel sorry they have her as their boss. Extremely rude and didn't even offer store credit. Walmart actually has better quality cords than they do. That's your choice to not accept the return of a power cord with the reasoning that some of its sensitive components may have been damaged and could be dangerous. But that is not the industry standard since damage to an rv cord can be checked and is obvious, no complicated circuits whatsoever. But again, that's your policy and i respect that. But what my review was about is the rudeness in handleing the situation by calling me a liar. There is no sign nor was there anything on my reciept since your employee apparently cut it short, and nothing was verbally mentioned to the best of my recollection. If you think that the proper response to the customer is to accuse then of being dishonest then that is your right as well. But its my choice to let you and others know what happened in hopes that this ongoing issue, as is evident in other reviews, is addressed. An apology for the misunderstanding would make sense but not to be expected, further proving my point. Best of luck.
