I've been living here since February & I am enjoying my residency. Lotty from the front office has been friendly, patient, & professional since day 1. Any maintenance needs are addressed in a timely manner & the maintenance crew are courteous and attentive. There's wide open spaces of grass for my pet to enjoy. The grass is kept short & clean. So far, so good!

My husband and I moved to Sunset Palms Apartments when we relocated from Las Vegas to FL. Overall we have had a good experience living here. The maintenance staff are phenomenal and the leasing office will always do their best to accommodate your needs. We had nice neighbors, used the amenities, and loved the convenient location. Sunset Palms is an affordable option, with friendly property management and attentive maintenance staff. We loved living here and will miss it!
Sunset Palms is a great place to call home. My apartment is comfortable and all facilities are well maintained. The front office, particularly Dalgis and Lotty, are always welcoming and eager to help. Maintenance requests are attended to quickly under the management of Doug.
I have been living at Sunset for more than 3 years and I love my apt and the complex. The office staff Lourdes and Lotte and manager Dalvis are very professional and always always there to help. I recommend Sunset Palms to anyone looking for a clean, safe environment.
I have lived here two years. No complaints.Sunset Palms is grade A . Always very professional! Super responsive with any issues I have ever had. Website work orders are the best! Was super helpful during the pandemic. If you are considering renting here, to do it!
