If you want to know the truth about this place..... Well Here it is. The Club at Emerald Waters is a great community to raise your family. No place ever is perfect. The Staff tries there best to make sure they take care of all their residents even the ones that are just incredibly difficult. I have never seen a community work hard to find ways to help their residents during this difficult time that we all are facing. They found programs, offered jobs and waived fees Etc. Everyone experience is different, Yes the apartments could be more updated and the hallways can be cleaner but lets be real if you live here and you see the maintenance guys working hard to clean the hallways why would you dirty them. YOU are part of the problem. You want a CLEAN place to live well help the staff by doing your part. Listen I got time today. I appreciate those lovely ladies in the office Especially the new girl Jahnisha she is super helpful and funny. That's my piece on the whole matter LIVE HERE PEOPLE. STOP LISTENING TO NEGATIVE PEOPLE

I loved my apartment. It was a two bed two bath huge with balcony. Quality tiles through out. Great location near the Hard rock and major highways. I wish there was daily cleaning of the elevators and hallways since i was paying 1500/mo plus trash water sewer electric and internet. They only clean the common areas weekly. Also they allow pets and unfortunately many do not pick up after their pets. If you mostly stay inside. Its not that bad. The sauna is amazing. The pool is okay. No Jacuzzi. The gym is small but useful. Bugs and roaches are a part of life in Florida. Not a problem for me because I keep my place bleach clean daily and use a really good pesticide.

Our impression as tenants regarding the condominium that is excellent located and has a nice physical distribution. Only there is a lot of lack of awareness in the maintenance of the complex... Some of the inhabitants or tenants throw away the trash inside and outside the buildings. We understand the intention of the administration, so a suggestion should fine the resident who violates his duties to keep clean the common areas where we coexist

I've lived here for over three years now; it's a great place for pet lovers. It's been nice to have a place with a little walk path n park to walk my dog. Plus the people who work here have been great!

I do not recommend this dirty and neglected place, in the lease they show something that is not ... they excuse themselves ...a small sample in the photos ...
