GREAT COMMUNITY FOR FAMILY, CHILDREN & PETS! This community is a class act. A sprawling community of 700 private homes and town homes, this gated community has everything you need to be relaxed and happy in your surroundings. Less than 1/2 mile from the beach and Hollywood Broadwalk, it also abuts parks and nature preserves so you can walk, run or bike your way into heaven! What I especially love about this community is the neighbors, how quiet it is and the welcoming of our pets as well. This is not a community for partying college students, but for families and retirees...quiet and beautiful! Priced accordingly and in my opinion fairly... residents have use of a pool, clubhouse, fitness room, walking sidewalks and lake areas to relax by. The maintenance crew always is on top of the landscaping and storm damage...these guys rock! The security staff is lovely and accommodating and the office management is truly second to none. All the staff are a class act!!! We love it at West Lake Village!!!!
This place is amazing especially for young families. There is a park for the children, and amazing pool, game room. They have 2 gates with high security driving around. The place is extremely well kept up.
Very safe and secure place to live in. People are also nice.
