We needed significant work on our septic system and initially, I utilized a Contractor referral service that insurance companies use for homeowner claims. Long story short, there was NO progress made in scheduling the county health inspector to *begin* the permit process for over 5 weeks! Sheer frustration drove me nervously to the internet to start looking for someone who could help. I left a voicemail at JP Nilsen with summary of my situation. My call was returned a little later that day and John and Dan arrived at my home less than an hour later. Not even 24 hours after that, the county health inspector was on-site and all necessary testing was completed. Permit was approved by county and state officials within a week. Our project was very unusual due to considerable space limitations, but a solid plan was designed and executed flawlessly. From start to finish, John and Dan's knowledge, expertise, highly skilled equipment operation and PROFESSIONALISM transformed my disaster into an engineered masterpiece. Oh, and I'll add that they completed the work over two days time which *included* final sign-off from the county dept of health!
