Got a security system for my fiance as a birthday gift and she couldnt be more thrilled with the patience and services provided by Holmes during the installation process. James was very thorough walking her through how to use the app and different features available to her- even taking the extra time to show her how to use it on her apple watch as well. All this was done with a moving company storming in an out with furniture the entire time. They had everything put together within 45 minutes and cleaned up after themselves. Couldnt have asked for a better experience as a first time buyer. 10/10 would recommend.
