Holmes came highly recommended. I recently had a baby and wanted peace of mind! Sheila came over and knew exactly what our family needed. She even compared my quote from CPI!! Sheila walked me through the process and then scheduled the install with Josh. Josh and his teammate were professional and efficient! I work for a local family business and I really wanted to have our security set up through a local family business. Holmes delivered for sure!!!

Service was excellent. The Technician (James Gaynos) was very knowledgeable, polite and very thoughtful about COVID-19. He wore a mask the whole time while working in our home. James made sure we understood everything about our system. Great Job!!
Our experience with Holmes Security Systems was excellent. The Security Consultant we worked with was professional and proficient. Initially, she met with me, and while we walked through the house, I discussed our family's security concerns. Based on my input and the layout of our home, she designed a system that, not only addressed our needs, but also incorporated additional security measures we had not considered. Before installation, she presented the security plan to my husband which required her accommodating his busy work schedule and availability. On the day of installation, she arrived with two technicians. Together, they walked through the house and discussed the plan. Based on their suggestions, some alterations were made. The installation process took about 8 hours. Once completed the lead technician explained how the system worked. Since then, we have only triggered a false alarm once, which resulted in an immediate phone call from a surveillance rep. From that incident, we learned the system eally\ works. Overall, our experience was great and we highly recommend Holmes Security Systems.
We have used Holmes for two houses of ours now. As a stay at home Mom I felt comfortable with the 3 men that were sent to do the installation. Everyone we have met thus far has been professional and kind. In our most recent home, Sheila helped us choose everything (from cameras to sensors) and guided us in making our home safer. We sleep better at night knowing Holmes is on our side. We highly recommend Holmes for their professionalism and outstanding level of customer service/protection.
I am a new Holmes Security Systems customer. I am extremely pleased. This company was recommended to me by someone I trust, and I am not disappointed. My sales person Shelia helped me make decisions based on my needs, and and my installer was great too. Josh made sure I knew exactly how to operate everything and definitely went above and beyond.
