Very poor customer service. Whoever I spoke to “Dan” was extremely rude and unprofessional. A company needs to have a good product and service to please the customer, this one has neither! Look elsewhere before buying and do your research. We look forward to getting rid of our holtec equipment.

Wouldn't even give me a price for replacement parts because of \insurance reasons\ why the hell would people buy your prodcuts if it's this hard to get parts for the dam thing.
