Always very clean with continual updates to the property. Doors locked at night is a great relief. The tenants are very kind and use the community room which really is great. Books and puzzles or, just a friendly face to see. It's a nice place and our mother loves it there. Problems in the past have been: people breaking the rule about not smoking. But this seems to have been eradicated. Great place for mom.****

Too much like an institution for the elderly. Management has has a problem with treatment of individuals. Certain ones do what they want when they want. Alot of tenants have a problem with etiquette. No manners. .. Rules are made for everyone but them! !!!
