My husband and I wanted a 20x20 garage, found their ad on Facebook, my husband made the initial contact thru fb msgnr. Needless to say he was not impressed right off the bat. He went back & forth with Trish over msgr, asked for a number to call and speak directly, was provided one, he called immediately, no answer, straight to vm. He tried a few more times and was told thru msgr that Ryan would call him in a few hours, that was 3 weeks ago. The following week, I msgd both Ryan and Trish, still zero response. I went into our local satalite location to place an order, put down a 553 deposit on 10/8, the sat location ladies were wonderful to talk with and work out the details!!! However, JUST NOW, 10/17, I get a msg from Trish thru fb msgr asking me what I wanted... ??? I had already SIGNED THE CONTRACT with what I wanted!
Still NO calls from Ryan or Trish. She claims family issues took them out of the office. But no one knew that. Had we been made aware, MAYBE, we would be more forgiving... but we have already been into it for 3 weeks, been waiting, was under the impression that the garage had been ordered and the process begun.
Come to find out, it hasn't even been started, oh and it'll be another 10-12 weeks.
Let me tell ya Mill Iron V, if you want to run a business, COMMUNICATION IS KEY. You claim to respond within an hour?!?! That needs to be updated, weeks you respond after WEEKS!
We have cancelled our order and put a stop payment on our deposit. We will not be doing any business with these people. This project we will be building ourselves. Future projects will be done with Dan Scott from Custom Buildings. He is responsive, Communicated thru calls, texts, emails and fb msgr. He even answered a call on a Saturday afternoon. Go thru Custom Buildings, don't waste your time with Mill Iron V.
