STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Owner is both a thief and a liar. Most if not all of the vehicles are in horrific shape and have well over 200k miles on them, a few have over 400k. The pictures on the website do not accurately depict what the current fleet condition is in. The pictures should really be updated. Owner, David White, knowingly continues to put these unsafe vehicles on the road and has non-CDL drivers driving CDL required vehicles. He also runs a eviction clean out service where he charges evicted persons for storage when he has already sold their property!! Mr. White is one of the most dishonest people I have ever met. He \owns\ other livery services but they do not actually exist. All calls go to the one office in Holyoke. If you choose to do business with this man or his companies, you are doing so at a great risk. I leave this review as a customer who used their service, deeply regretted it and then did some research of my own on his \company\. I actually spoke directly to some of his eviction service employees. They told me that Mr. White has given them property seized at evictions in lieu of a paycheck. Stay away from this company. If you do some of your own research, you will see that all of the cars are registered under LB Leasing. From what I have found out, that is another company under his spouse's name because of Mr. White's tax problems in Holyoke. Do research on companies and people that are in some cases handling what is supposed to be the best day of your lives, or just simply your safe transport from point A to point B. STAY AWAY!!!! I called twice and went in person once and all the time they gave me different prices and excuses. Didnt feel comfortable booking w them. They were not friendly and I dealt w 3 different people.
Used exclusive for my wedding and I called the week before the wedding the information was wrong for our pickup and then called back a couple days before the wedding and info was still wrong. Called the day before and it was still wrong but they did finally get it right and showed up on time. The limo was nice on the inside BUT the air conditioner didn’t work and it was 80 degrees out. The party bus was a good time and the air conditioner worked Our driver Donny was awesome and a good guy.
HORRIBLE OWNERSHIP!!!! Unbelievable, I get charged 70 for going over when the speakers in the party bus DIDNT EVEN WORK! Had to make a stop to get a speaker. Staff told me I wouldn’t get charged. But OWNER STILL Charging me. One thing after another... TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Do not book here!!
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Bus driver was nice. Was charged 70 extra when we went over 2 hours when support staff said it was ok we would not be charged! Then management stepped in and said to charge me the 70. All that and the speaker on the party bus didn’t work! I recommend going somewhere else! Bad customer service!
