We used Home Care Contractors, working specifically with Vadim and David, to remodel a very outdated bathroom as well as new floors and stairs in our home. The crew was great, everyone very respectful with regards to COVID and wearing masks. From start to finish we are very pleased with our experience with Home Care Contractors!David was clear with the proposal and upfront when we wanted to know cost before committing to additional options, such as moving a wall 1 foot, replacing an unknown busted pipe, etc. The work was done efficiently and expertly; David and his crew were knowledgeable of all things remodeling and provided valuable opinions and suggestions when asked. The bathroom was taken down to the studs and rebuilt, and we are extremely pleased with the final product! The floors were done in a timely manner, and we especially appreciated having our stairs done on a Saturday (which they offered, we didn't even ask!) when there was much less foot traffic in our home. We look forward to working with them again and highly recommend Home Care Contractors.

We're pleased with our project as it turned out exactly what we wanted. The basics of the job, framing, drywall, carpet/flooring and electrical are very well done. The project manager made it his goal to give us a competitive price. We weren't particularly looking for the lowest possible price as this was one time for a job of this size for us and we were more interested in getting it done well and done right away. I had created a basic design and there were details that weren't specified (since I'm no expert) but I'm quite impressed about the way the people doing the work made the right calls in what to do, in regards to the electrical layout, electrical components selection and basic framing. Some of the drywall installation looked tricky, installed around some existing things in the way, but, a very nice job !

Working with HCC, with Ilya and David, was beyond our expectations. We choose them blindly from online reviews and were so impressed with the quality of work, timeliness of the many projects, the ability to recommend excellent sourcing of windows, cabinetry, flooring etc, and especially how hard Ilya works. He was tireless, thorough and most importantly, extremely well-knowledged in every aspect of our complete home remodel. Having someone we could trust on every aspect of our remodel brought peace of mind. David was great on the back end as well helping coordinate the numerous projects and was an attentive communicator. HCC deserves the praise for turning our 20 year old rental to a beautifully remodeled home. We will definitely use HCC for our next project!

The best contactor in Seattle. Alex was our project manager and make the whole project extremely professional and on time for every step of the way. Alex stayed on top and updated me every day on the project. Two months and this beautiful addition was done. Home Care Contractors went above and beyond my expectations cleaning the job site weekly and making sure the site was safe. Using a high quality grade A lumber, moisture barrier Tyvek to the best James Hardie siding. All the subcontractors were professional in their trade. I would highly recommend HCC for any project.
