I purchased a bed with mattress and box spring, and a coffee table set on 11/9/20. I also put a bedroom set in layaway. I did not receive my coffee table set until 2/22/21. I asked on three different occasions for my money back. They refused to give me my money even considering the poor customer service and they still won't give me my money back that was put down on the layaway. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. A store credit is not acceptable when you don't want to do business with a company because of their incompetence. #justwantmymoneyback

I worked with Steve. He's super personable and friendly. I think I'm going to love my purchase - it's being delivered tomorrow (a promise from Steve). I had to give 4 stars because it's such a small store and we had to look for someone to help us. There was a guy just sitting watching tv who didn't look twice at us when we walked by... But he wasn't a salesman come to find out - I think he was a mover. The mover guy was nice and tried to help us after we asked tho. Overall, I recommend the place ESPECIALLY if you don't want a pushy salesman in your face.

Extremely dissatisfied! I paid off a layaway going on a month ago and I have yet to receive my items and they’re REFUSING to give me a refund or even items at equal or lesser value. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Customer service wise they tell you what you want to hear just to keep you quiet but your money and paid for merchandise will be held hostage. So if you want to throw your money away this is the place to do it.

Great Service! I called and customer service was very helpful! I came in 20mins before closing and they had everything ready to go and in store customer service was inviting and great! They even loaded and tied down my things and I'm satisfied also reasonable prices!
