I went to the store, and the sales associate was very helpful and accommodating. She showed me a couch, which she told me they had in stock and if I pay full price, I can get it in 2-3 weeks. I ordered it on June 13th, and I still did not get the couch. After three weeks, I kept calling them for three days but no response, and when they finally responded, they told me it would be another four weeks to get the couch. They told me because of the stimulus check, people are buying more couches and COVID slowed things down in the store. I tried to get a refund, but they told me I could only get store credit. They also told me that they need to MAKE the couch, even though in the store, the sales associate told me they HAVE IT IN STOCK. I understand COVID slowed things, but I was told different things, and they were not honest with me. I really hope they keep their second promise and deliver it at the end of July. UPDATE I called them this week to check on the status of my sofa. After several attempts to contact them, they finally answered but then left me on hold for 15 minutes. I had to call again and thats when they told me it would take another 2-6 weeks for my sofa to arrive at their store, but I can come and pick another sofa that they have in stock, which I did. I was happy to find another couch and a coffee table that they had in their storage and available now. The delivery was set for the next day; however, I could not enjoy the fact that I had a new couch because the courier mishandled and tore the sofa from the side during delivery. This experience has been extremely stressful. It should not be this complicated to buy a sofa and have honest services. If I go back in time, I will not set foot in this place again.

Jada was awesome! As soon as I walked in, it was an instant connection and she helped me pick a great bedroom set. She was patient and informative. She showed me the difference between a dresser and a chest haha! Much appreciated and made the sell easy for me!
I them a 5 star rating because they there service was good. The worker that attended to me was very nice and respectful. And I had to switch my furniture after ordering offline. I picked it out and got it delivered the next day.
