FIrst, let me start out saying how courteous and helpful Sean was during the whole process of cleaning out old insulation, spraying to disinfect the attic and replacing with new insulation. I am a realtor and this work was being done for a client of mine who was selling her house. I had so many questions on what really needed to be done and the process. I called him many times with questions (because I couldn't think of them all at once), and each time he was patient and very helpful. I never felt like he was annoyed or didn't have time to talk to me. Fast forward to the job. He came out just as another crew was leaving that had sealed the house and garage to keep pests and rodents out. There were a few things that company did not finish because they did not have the right articles on hand (such as a weather door seal that fit the span from the door to the concrete). Sean noticed and went to the store, bought the proper door seal and more to do it and improve on other areas that were not done as well as they could have been. This was not even his job or anything we agreed on. He just wanted it done right for my sake. Later when paying the bill for what I had contracted him to do, he would not let me pay for the extra things he had to buy! I will always use him and refer him on. I know the ratings are up to 5 star but somehow there should be a 5 for the above and beyond help he put in.
