Mike and his staff go above and beyond in every way! He was able to get me the latest Sony 715ES 4K projector which is awesome! He quickly responded to my questions and gave me quick updates. I highly recommend his theater company for there expertise and genuine customer service!

HES has been my home automation company now for more than 8 YRS. My relationship with the company started when we built our home in 2012. Ever since then they have done over a dozen projects at our house with extensions, patios, garages that we added over time including tackling complex projects like automating our driveway heater. There is no project that is too complicated or that cannot be done. They are superbly knowledgeable, extremely responsive when it comes to troubleshooting issues and extremely professional in providing customer service. I can pick up a phone anytime of the day and they have been able to troubleshoot thing over the phone or they are there the same or next day to fix it if necessary. The owner Mike Mitchell is the best you will find in this business and Nick and Nick and Brandon are highly trained technicians/automation experts.One of the things that was most important to us was the system to run flawlessly and not needing troubleshooting frequently I have been very satisfied with what they have done and the equipment they install is top of the line. You will not find a better company than this. They even did commercial work at our new office that we built last year and it was again a great experience. Keep up the good work!!.
