Anthony came out in a timely manner, was professional, friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, got right to work, made pertinent recommendations and completed the job expertly. He came in proper uniform, prepared with a face mask and booties and all the equipment he needed. He was fast, neat and thorough! Anthony was my tech, who came out on a Saturday in the middle of a snow storm, was very friendly and professional. Explained to me what was going on and gave me a few different options when my furnace stopped working. Ryan was the sales rep who came out when it became clear I needed a new furnace. Again, very polite and respectful. Went though all my options, financing vs paying out right. Throughout the entire process both gentlemen asked if I had any questions, explaining things in a way that anyone could understand without being rude or condescending. Overall a great experience when it could have been a nightmare (I mean, who wants their furnace to stop working on a weekend during a snow storm?!?) I also loved that the company offers space heaters if I wanted them since it would be a few days before they could get back to install the new one. Very thoughtful and a great bonus for the customer.
