I agree with positive reviews about Armando, who is kind and attentive. The place has a good welcoming vibe overall. Just be careful about terms if you’re renting; you’ll basically pay for a longer rental even if you only need your equipment for a short time

Since I got my wheelchair from these people have been great, especially when it fell on top of me. I could not get it to work. I took it to the service department and they fixed it free of charge. A big THANKS to them.

I sent my prescription for a wheelchair, hospital bed and Hoyer lift 6 week ago. After 3 weeks I called since no one had contacted me. They said they wouldn't do the bed because Medicare wouldn't pay soon enough. I asked about the wheel chair, which my case worker, Tres, knew nothing about. 2 week later I called again and was told they were just sending forms to my doctor. I finally got the chair, but I always had to call them. A week later I asked about the lift, and again Tres said they had just sent forms to may doctor. 2 wees later, I have called twice but no response from my case worker This is terrible service!

Armando was AMAZING with a capital \A\! He helped us select a wheelchair, assisted with the paperwork and even helped adjust the wheelchair to fit my father's height. He was kind, patient and most of all professional. Because of him we will certainly be going back to Kerring Group for all of our medical equipment needs in the future.

I Got A Chair From This Company On March 13,2020 On April 20 It Started Making A Loud Humming Noise A Repair Specialist Came Out And Said It Was The Motor And Said They All Are Like That On The 25 Of April Another Repair Specialist Working On Someone else's Chair From Another Company Heard My Chair Humming And Said What Wrong With Your Wheels I Explained To The Repair Person From Another Company That Karring Medical Group Repair Person Said It Was The Motor He Started Laughing And He Then They Should Have Taken It In At Once And Then He Said A Lot Of People Are Having Problems Getting Chairs Fix By Kerring Medical Group Good Luck They Are Refusing To Repair My Chair And I Have Reached Out Several To Get Them To Come And Re Examine This Chair Again But They Won't Answer The Phone When I Call The Even Hung Up In My Face So Dont Do Business With This Untrustworthy Company
