I will give ZERO if I can. That is the worst HOA I have never seen before. They never replied your emails, or answered the call after leaving them thousands of messages. Alan Berger just left you the email address, but never replied the email or give you any contact number. Brian didn't help at all either, just said he can't handle the situation I have. Lisa apHugh always out of office and sent the automatic reply but no further notice later. If there is something processing for our cases, they can reply\ wait until further notice\ or \your case is processing \, etc. but they didn't even send anything back. If can, don't use this HOA, and just look for attorney or county office for help better than waiting until they reply.

Brian never answered our email. Lisa was so rude and unhelpful. I dont even know why She is working there if She can't be helpful. They're incompetent.
