We have had such a great experience with Aqua Pools! Tony was wonderful to work with and Jim was a fantastic project manager (always willing to answer my questions in a timely manner). We have been enjoying our pool all season long and are sad to have to close it next month. We also use Aqua Pools for our weekly pool maintenance and Bill has been excellent. He is always so friendly and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. I really appreciate the customer service he provides! My husband and I can't say enough good things about them! We are very pleased with our decision and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Shout out to Sandy for the great customer service and figuring out the help that was needed to cover the pool. She was nice and answered in a timely manner. We needed a cover replacement since our old one was ripped and they did replace it however we had trouble putting it on. It seemed the new one was short so Sandy sent out the team to check on the issue and surprisingly they covered it they did fantastic job. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much.
Very good experience in selecting a pool and learning all the details we needed to move forward. Tony answered all our questions and really made us confident in the decisions we made.
We had our pool installed by Aqua this summer. The process from the initial sales visit to the end has been excellent. Once we decided to move forward we had direct contact with the salesman and the owner throughout the entire process and they were always responsive to our questions. Every crew that came to our home were very nice and considerate. Of course there were small problems along the way (there are always issues with large projects) but Aqua has stood behind their product 100% of the way. Between the communication and honesty we never once felt nervous about our decision. I can’t tell you if they were the cheapest or the most expensive. We never shopped around. We decided to go with Aqua because we knew other people who had aqua pools. I am so glad we went with word of mouth because the process has been great. I would recommend Aqua to anyone!
We had a fiberglass pool installed this spring and Jim Jr and his crew were great. Very professional and easy to talk to. Any project of this scale will have have issues but Jim Jr was always accessible and resolved any issues that came up. Aqua pools installs over 100 pools a season and shows by their knowledge from start to finish. I proudly tell everyone that Aqua pools installed our pool and would absolutely recommend them.
