If I could even contact TLC to let them know how upset I am I most definitely would, however for the times I have called I’ve gotten hung up on. 6 DAYS AGO I adopted 2 ten week old kittens that I was told had been vaccinated and only needed to be neutered. One of the kittens didn’t make it past 2 days of being in my house, and the shelter wouldn’t even recommend the food they fed them. VERY concerned for the business itself, truly disturbing you had to put YOUR business before the health of these kittens. Hopefully someone looking to adopt here sees this and looks for a more reliable shelter.

Repeat customer! For Covid-19 they had us wait in our cars and came to our window when it was our turn. Relatively clean for a crazy busy shelter. Saturday has cars parked down the street with good reason. They have critters from the biggest doggies down to even chinchillas. Just depends what is on the rescue van coming in. Well worth adopting from them!

We got the most ADORABLE cat.. and they gave us a BIG box of treats and a cat tree! No extra stuff to adopt a cat! We adopted Mittens for any staff reading this (I’m the child that was there). I’d give way more stars if I could. Best experience ever!
