I own an apartment building HFR manages for me. I like to have my property maintained well so it will attract good tenants at a fair rental rate. These guys do exactly that. They keep me apprised of maintenance issues, recommend upgrades, and are able to get rents higher than previous managers I have used in OH.

Very rude and unprofessional. We were first to tour and apply to a house, we got every item they needed back in a timely manner. Only to have them tell us the gave the house to someone else since our current landlord got a form in a day later then someone else. Rude and not helpful at all on the phone or during the tour.
