Bad experience for international students !! Take care and don't go there! First they will treat you well and pretend they gonna help you while they are greedy and looking for money only! Not secure and not safe with no response from the management and that's because of bad management! When it comes to their money they gonna ask you many times to give them but when it comes to yours they don't act fast or even give you a prompt response

International students, please do not use this web and agent. On Homestay Community’s website, they states that they help international students find local families to live with. However, in my case, they are only helping the landlord take advantage of international people because the landlords paid them. As a young professional, I have the awareness of protecting my right, but I am concerned for the young international students who may rent a room through them. They may not have the resource, courage or knowledge to protect themselves when they are faced with unfair situation like this.
I am an international student currently working in Denver region. I approached Homestay Community in April 2017 to help me find accommodation near my work place. I am completely satisfied with my decision. Alison is very cooperative and helpful when it comes to negotiating an agreement and my host family in Arvada is one of the nicest people I've met in the US. During my stay I've met students from other universities and so far I've had a wonderful time.
It was in October 2017 I knew that I received admission in DU and was really excited about that. But my main concern was about the stay in a new country, half way across the world. I did a random search on Google and found their website. In the beginning I was a bit sceptic about this option but still enquired about the room. And the first response about my enquiry from Alison itself made me realise that they are very genuine and helpful. She helped me lots and understood my needs and I finally am with one of the best family's in US who regards me as one of their members of family. I am so glad that I found homestay community and would ask everyone who plans to come to Colorado to find a homestay through Homestay Community and have a home away from home!
