The staff is great but the hotel looks like a documentary or two was definitely filmed here. Just has that "projects" feel to it!

I never have given 1 star to any hotel. It was a terrible experience. A man tried selling us drugs, the manager on staff was yelling at people because they weren’t allowed in (she was helpful although she refused my refund) the elevator got stuck, the room was in horrible condition, and we couldn’t use the stairs. We were there about half an hour when we decided our safety was worth way more than what we paid. The lady told me I could talk to the manager for the refund in the morning. I would not recommend this for anyone. You’re better off sleeping in your car. Not being able to use stairs was so concerning. What if there was a fire??

The lobby appeared presentable. The area around the elevator was dirty. The elevator was filthy. The hallways had exposed wiring for goodness knows what. In the room, someone had written on the mirrors with a permanent marker. Room painted harsh bright white. Unrepaired hole in the wall. Hard finding enough outlets. Climate control unit missing knobs and faceplate. Bottom sheet wasn’t big enough to completely cover mattress. Mattress and box spring sizes didn’t match. Instead of blanket, a beat up polyester bedspread. Bed squeaked. Room had a vinyl tile floor. Curtain wasn’t hooked properly to the curtain rod. Lampshades had holes. Bathtub looked to be beyond a proper cleaning. Not much drawer space. I booked the room for two, but there was only one wash rag, hand towel, bath towel. Wouldn’t have showered in nasty looking tub anyway. Decent shape: vanity, TV, mini-fridge, and microwave. No idea if the TV or the mini-fridge worked. Didn’t try them. The hotel didn’t smell bad, but it did have an odd odor that I didn’t notice when I first walked in. By the time I noticed it and realized my sinuses were starting to bother me, we had most of the stuff carted up to the room. My sinuses are just now clearing. As we were carrying everything out to the car the next morning, we found a domestic violence case unfolding. By the time we had everything in the car, the situation had escalated to three cars and four officers. Additional drama: A youngish man’s pickup had stalled backing out and wouldn’t restart. This blocked our exit out of the parking lot. (We did manage to get back to the I44 access road, but it required cutting through other hotel parking lots.) After the guy ran down the battery trying to get his truck restarted, he sat in the lobby looking as if his world was ending or had just ended. “Days of Our Lives” and other classic soaps didn’t have this much drama in an average month.

check in was very efficient. Staff was very informative and courteous, it's more adult oriented, it was very quiet I had a peaceful night's rest. it is located within walking distance of restaurants shopping convenience stores. Early in the morning when I Departed I mostly seen locals catching the city bus to go to work or school. I had a great shower in my room I don't know about everybody else but I had excellent water pressure great hair day

This is not the Hilton. But it is a decently priced place to stay for a day a week or longer and it is right in the middle of Tulsa. The staff is friendly and responsive to the needs of their guests... Big bang for your buck.

Not a great hotel lobby is beautiful looks like they are getting it together room didn’t have tissue or soap had writings on the bathroom window about someone’s life goals lol which I found to be kind of funny there was a gang tag right as I got off the elevator on my floor but once I got in my room I felt comfortable WiFi was very very slow staff was friendly not much traffic inside or out and not a cheap motel where you hear the people next door or people have access to your room from outside
