I have nothing but good things to say about Shon and our experience working with him! Our property sustained considerable damage during Hurricane Irma last year, including needing a new roof. Citizens initially assessed us at an amount below our hurricane deductible--but we literally couldn't find a single legit roofing company that would patch our roof because it was in such bad condition. We ended up financing the roof, which was a huge financial hardship at a time when we really can't afford it. Shon managed to get us a settlement that will take care of that loan as well as allow us to take care of other damage to our property, like the fence and the shed. Honestly I'm sort of amazed at how well it turned out, considering that before we talked to him (and honestly even after) I had resigned myself to taking a huge financial loss because it didn't seem like the insurance company was going to give us anything.
