The new lady in the office is unprofessional. I paid to have my shed moved, Thursday between ten to twelve. I understand you can not control the weather. I called at 11 am inquiring what was going on. It currently was not raining at my house. She replied they had canceled. No phone call, nothing. Then when asking when to reschedule, she specifically told me I was not a priority because I was not having a shed delivered. If I wanted to pay more money that what I had ALREADY paid, she could have it done through another conpany. I called today to ask to have my money refunded. Her reply was a check was on the way. No call ,yet again, to let me know what they were doing. Super displeased. Will never recommend to a friend again.

Hometown Sheds has the best sheds available in this area and their prices are great. And if you’re looking for a garage or carport, they can get one up in 1-3 weeks. Hometown Sheds Boiling Springs is the way to go.

This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, company I have ever dealt with. I’ve emailed the corporate office, called the local store(boiling springs) , No answer, was told it was delivered last Wednesday in Burlington, because of rain it would be postpone scheduling, totally understand, so set a delivery time of 11am today.2/28 it’s 2pm, had to call and text to get a response only to be told “I’m out of the office and the driver was supposed to call you. I requested the number of the driver since the manager was busy, called and texted the driver only to be told by him that “the company he works for doesn’t know how to make a schedule”. The earliest he could be here would be 4pm and “he ain’t working in the rain or dark”. I’ve wasted a day only to not receive the playset I paid for 7 weeks ago. Blown away at the “customer service” or lack there of!!! I’ve called and left a message at the Lincolnton location hoping to actually speak with someone. What company doesn’t have a customer service phone number? I could go on but I’m sure its clear how unprofessional and unorganized this company is.
