My husband and I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts last night ordered a hot cappuccino we were told we could not order a hot cappuccino because it is not in season you can only order hot cappuccino’s during the summer. What kind of sense does that make that a hot drink is only available during the hot summer and that during the winter very very very poor customer service

This particular DD is terrible. They do not honor the promotions that DD send out to their rewards customers. The free coffee Mondays started Jan 2021. This store is not set up, Why? It’s a DD nationwide promotion. I will never give this store another penny. Went to Landing, Il, DD honored promotion and computers and registers set up, transaction smooth. Here in Homewood Indian manager relishes arguing with people, putting the burden on customer to call corporate about the promotion when it’s right on my phone in the DD app. They are terrible here. Skip this one.
I’ve always had good experiences at this Dunkin’ Doughnuts. Good service, accurate orders, doughnuts are always good, and they do a good job with stirring coffee with cream and sugar. I’ve been to DD locations where they don’t stir coffee, so all of the sugar is at the bottom and I didn’t know there was sugar in the coffee until the last few drinks that were sickly sweet.
nice holiday selection here... tasty indeed.. awesome service...
My wife and I got coffee, tea and a donut to go. The beverages were hot and well prepared.
