This is hands down the place to go if you are looking for friendly staff, knowledgeable dealership, and the overall best deal for your bike. I am from KY and was looking to buy a bike for my fiancé. Rick was our salesman and made the process as smooth as possible, considering we were going across state lines. He kept in contact with me through the entire process, keeping me up to date, even on his days off. He wanted to make sure I was 110 percent satisfied. Between him, the general manager, and the finance department, I was able to get the bike that we wanted within our budget. He was VERY kind and professional the entire time. This is an as iconic a place as Harley Davidson is. Great staff that is not pushy. They always have something going on, that is free- you just have to show up. Last time we were there they had live music and free beer. You cannot beat that!
