I've always loved this little place. They are so nice and helpful! Place is soooo clean and well organized. Seafood is always beautifully fresh and delicious. The many different seafood dips/spreads they have are awesome! Place is very popular. They also have a beautiful view on the Homosassa River. **There is a food trailer to eat at across from the seafoodmarket. We were originally going to eat there before we bought our seafood. I was standing behind a customer who had been standing there for a while without being helped yet. We personally stood in line for almost ten minutes with no one ever seen to take our order. So we eventually left. The menu sounded yummy.

Wanted to drop a ton of money on several kinds of fish here today, but no one in the store is wearing a mask. So sadly irresponsible. Stay away if you want to avoid Covid exposure. We are seriously bummed.

I was put on to Shelley's from a friend who grew up in the area. This years global pandemic made my usual travels all over lead to the exploration of my own state. I live in Tampa about 1.2 hours from Shelly's and since discovering it about 6 months ago myself and my friends andfamily have been taking a trip there regularly. We all love them so much when one of the group goes we alert the other friends and place orders. The seafood quality is unrivaled. I ALWAYS get the Scottish Salmon and just eat with soy sauce raw(sushi grade). From the dips to the live crabs, Shelly's is the place to go. If you are anywhere nearby stop in, they are located at a great spot on the water and are close to plenty of gorgeous spots to enjoy whatever you buy.
