Update: Wow, I was really mistaken. Honda Morristown is really great in the initial meet to get you to sign the dotted line, but after that they drop you quick. I initially didn't take the vehicle home so they could order and install the accessories I purchased. I show up a whole week later, they hand me the keys, I get it in, NOT ONE THING was done. I also purchased the permaplate and they tried telling me that it was done (3 times) but I could see and feel the left over residue from the previous dealers decal. If they didn't order and install my accessories, why would the wax be done? They went in circles passing the blame. It took two more weeks to get everything straiten out. Very poor management from Steven on down. They do not follow through on anything they say they will do, even simply phone calls and email replies. If you want things done you're required to call and check in on them everyday, but count of your calls being fielded. Not even worth going into every lie and lack of communication I experienced. One of the times I'm thankful for technology where I can save emails and record phone calls to keep for my record. I won't be forgetting this experience. I love Honda, but not this dealership. Save your gas and money for a better Honda Dealer. A great experience purchasing a vehicle form this dealership. Jimmy, Rusty, especially Spencer made the process easy. They beat out the competitor's prices I had acquired with all the accessories I needed for my family's vehicle. If you tire of hard ball negotiators who are just out to steal your hard earned cash, take a scenic drive and give them a shot. They give a fair price up front and work with you to find the right warranty packages that works with your budget. I'm telling you, it is worth the drive. Do it!
