Gary Wilson was awesome! Great customer service. I’ve been going to this Honda for 4 years now and he has been by far the best service provider my wife and I have had at this location! I stop going to this location last year and gave it one last whirl today, and I will definitely only be coming back because of him!! Ask for Gary Wilson!!

Took my car in for service, was upsold some services that likely weren't necessary, and paid far too much for them. That's my own fault! When I finally got my car back, however, I noticed a noise on my drive home. That's when I realized the panel on the bottom wasn't screwed in properly. I'd driven 6 miles down the highway like that (because Fiona Apple's new album slaps! - but here's a reminder to listen to your car after you pick it up). I put myself AND others in total jeopardy because of shoddy service. Utterly disgraceful, and instills no confidence in me that any of these services I paid out the a** for were actually performed. Instead of contacting me directly, the manager chose to communicate with me through my customer service rep (who was nice, by the way, I hope you find a better job,) which just speaks volumes about this operation and how they handle accountability. They offered to reimburse the cost of me having my neighborhood mechanic reattach the panel, but my neighborhood guy isn't a crook like this dealership is, and he fixed it in 20 minutes and charged me nothing. (Don't worry I am taking him some treats later.) This is a reminder to support your neighborhood mechanics and leave the dealerships alone. I'll never make this mistake again.

First time working with the Honda Downtown Chicago Service Center and had a great experience! Alex was very welcoming, gave me an estimated time for work to be done and was in great communication during the appointment while I ran errands in the area. Really appreciate the work done, including washing my car, and will definitely be returning for future services to my Honda Fit.

Great customer service. The waiting room was clean and the customer service rep for my car was very attentive to my needs. They provided an Uber car to take me where I needed to go while they serviced my car. My experience there was excellent.
