Excellent and great customer service, they were very attentive and collaborative with their clients. They showed me a video on what they had to do to the car, and they sent me a list with the price in a text message which I felt was very convenient. What an excellent way to show the things that need to be fixed! And the car rental was amazing! They let me use a car of this year for 40 for day! I loved it! I will definitely come back again for another service.

Angel Munoz is an Excellent salesperson. Knowledgeable and patient. I went in here with One goal in mind; Get a New Car today! and he helped me find it. I've texted him and called him several times after my purchase with some questions and follow ups, etc and he has been on the ball every time. He won't just sell you and then hide from you. If you decide to get a Honda or any other vehicle here, go check him out and if you remember me, please tell him that you read my review and Will recommended you to him. Over 10 years ago I moved to Indian Trail and later needed service on my used Accord. I'd been leery of taking any of my cars to a dealership, but decided to try them. Since that first visit, I've taken other Hondas I've owned without hesitation to Honda of Indian Trail. Every time they have provided courteous, friendly, and professional service. And, the rates have been competitive with other service places who don't have certified Honda technicians. My most recent visit was no exception. They performed my NC inspection, then aligned my wheels because I had recently replaced the tires. They were prompt to admit my car, and completed the work in less than the expected time. Thanks for another pleasant experience!

They were the first Honda dealership that I went to (although I checked out a few more) as I was switching from Ford to Honda. I ended up coming back to this one. Ernie was my salesman. Donald Thompson (think I have the name right) was the finance manager He was good and Ernie has been great with communication and not putting any undue pressure on my choice. They didn't have the color I wanted but were offering everything else I wanted and so I pulled the trigger with them and I don't feel like I'll regret it. Love my car. Have had it for a day over 3 weeks at the moment and am very happy! Thanks Metro Honda!
