Patten Thompson is the person to ask for when shopping at Honda of Murfreesboro. He is honest, that should be the enough to make you seek him out but there is more! He had the vehicle we were interested in already pulled around but also took the time to find us options that were plus/minus on the price tag. He would have shown us every vehicle on his lot if requested. Zero pressure to buy and is very transparent with buying fees that most dealers try to sneak by you. We bought a used (non honda) vehicle. I was blown away by his knowledge of the vehicle's features and gave great feedback on the vehicle compared to others in its class. On our trade in he caught an unexpected fee from our lender and saved us, not the dealership 1,800. He has called to check on us after we purchased the vehicle. When was the last time Papa Johns called to check if you liked the pizza? Most businesses once they have your money that is the end of communication. Not at Honda of M'boro. If you are in the market for a vehicle go by and see Patten. He is simply the best in the business.

Sales person was available and greeted at entrance. Did not have to wait around like a Nissan dealer visited in the past. Sales wasn't not pushy. Waiting area was nice. Though not fully stocked with snacks, nice. The coffee/ hot chocolate machine was nice. The hot chocolate was very tasty. Should I talk more about the car shopping experience? I was done at not pushy.

This year, I purchased my first vehicle and Honda of Murfreesboro was the first dealership I visited by myself. The salesman here were excellent and made me feel pretty comfortable despite my unfamiliarity. They were pleasant to work with and didn't make me feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. even though I ended up not going with a Honda, I think this dealership was definitely my favorite to work with.

You know I have bought a few cars in my time. I would however have to say this was the BEST EXPERIENCE by far. Jessica Santana and her financial team and Mark are the BEST! They did everything possible to get me into the car I wanted and without having the best credit is what made it amazing. So if you are looking to get a new car I highly suggest you go see them you will not be DISAPPOINTED I PROMISE!!! And they even put a bow on it \u003c3 \u003c3 THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING THIS THE BEST CHRISTMAS!!!!
